We want to earn trust while continuing to amaze our users.What You'll DoPartner with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the People & Culture strategy aligned to our global expansionBuild scalable frameworks for workforce planning, leadership capability, and organisational designStrengthen Lyrebird’s performance culture - clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and continuous feedbackLead and mentor the People & Culture team across business partnering, talent acquisition, and people operationsDrive employee engagement and EVP initiatives across Australia, the UK, and the Middle EastOversee policy, compliance, and governance in collaboration with Finance and LegalPartner with the CEO and CFO on executive hiring, succession, and compensation frameworksYou'll Bring10–15 years in People & Culture leadership roles across technology or high-growth sectorsExperience leading People & Culture through rapid scale - ideally within a high-growth or hyper-scaling technology businessYou know what it takes to build systems, leadership, and culture in environments that are scaling fast and constantly evolvingProven experience operating at global scale - ideally across multiple regions (AU/UK/US)Strength in both strategic design and hands-on delivery; you can build the engine, not just advise on itDeep understanding of culture, engagement, and leadership development within a scaling businessCommercial fluency - confident engaging with investors and leadership peersEnergy, pace, and pragmatism; you balance empathy with accountabilityAt Lyrebird, we don’t just write code — we help shape the future of the human experience.If you want to pioneer, to create, and to see your work touch lives directly, we’d love to hear from you.We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who’ll benefit from our work.
