:We’re seeking a strategic and creative Head of Product to lead the our inhouse CRM platform — owning the product vision, strategy, and delivery across global markets.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, C-level executives, and department heads in the UK, turning business challenges into scalable, customer-focused solutions.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on negotiating priorities, facilitating executive alignment, and delivering results that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
:Strategic Product Ownership: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and OKRs.Customer & Market Insight: Understand the automotive repair / CRM domain, customer pain points, and emerging trends.C-Level Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global executives and clients, acting as a trusted partner and skilled negotiator to balance business priorities and customer outcomes.Facilitation & Alignment: Lead executive workshops and product discussions, ensuring clarity, buy-in, and timely decisions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams for efficient delivery and strong accountability.Product Process Excellence: Strengthen documentation, backlog refinement, and validation to reduce scope creep and improve delivery speed.User Experience Focus: Simplify workflows and elevate usability for administrative and operational users.Quality Ownership: Embed acceptance criteria and non-functional testing into early planning to improve reliability.Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a capable product and BA team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
What You Bring:10+ years in Product Management and Business Analysis, with deep SaaS product development experience (mandatory).Proven success managing CRM or customer engagement platforms (desirable).Strong experience as a negotiator and facilitator with C-level stakeholders and global clients.Demonstrated leadership across distributed, cross-functional teams.Analytical, creative, and outcome-driven mindset.Flexibility to work UK hours and travel occasionally for stakeholder or client engagements.Think you’re the perfect fit?
