Job DescriptionIn this role you will oversee the supply chain as well as own the replenishment strategy. Drive efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction while aligning supply chain power with commercial goals. If you’re passionate about forecasting, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement, this is your chance to shape operational excellence across our retail network.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, Uplift & Drive Delivery – Oversee logistics, replenishment, and direct supply models to ensure product availability, DIFOT performance, and customer satisfaction.Drive Forecasting & Inventory Optimisation – Integrate data and trends to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess, minimise out-of-stocks, and improve working capital efficiency.Enhance Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build strong supplier relationships and partner with merchandise, planning, and operations teams to align strategies with business goals.Champion Transformation & Innovation – Uplift and transform ordering systems, implement automation, adopt new technologies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.Deliver Operational Excellence – Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and develop high-performing teams to achieve efficiency, cost control, and strategic growth. About YouExperienced in overseeing supply chain, leading replenishment, and inventory transformation with strong system knowledge and advanced Excel skills. Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and adept at prioritising workloads. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and clear communication, simplifying complex data into actionable insights while delivering high-quality results on time.QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications or relevant business experienceStrong experience overseeing supply chain vendors Extensive experience in leading replenishment experience & inventory transformation experienceExperience across complex food supply chains – FMCG / RetailExperience across multi site retail 100+ stores with central supply chain and replenishment functionsAbility to influence and work alongside the regional teams, support functions, seek feedback and continually strive for systems, processes and systems that meet the needs of the businessAbility to understand a supply chain and replenishment P&L and how to drive cost efficienciesLead through transformational organisational change & projectsAdditional InformationOur Benefits:Our total remuneration is competitive.
