Payments have been rapidly evolving in Australia over the past few years, and Monoova has been at the forefront of that innovation, with the likes of Payto launching in 2022. This is your chance to be a part of the payments revolution in Australia and work right at the cutting-edge of developments in the industry. You will help craft our product vision and collaborate closely with our inhouse software development team and external vendors.In this role, you will:Advocate for new onboarding and payments product initiatives, and build businesses cases and design tracking methods to evaluate their success.Join our Growth Team in solution sessions with our clients, to creatively help them solve their payments problems.Iteratively prioritise, estimate and refine project backlog items to ensure steady flow of user stories for upcoming sprints.Be the leading expert in Monoovas on KYB and KYC processes, facilitating quick and frictionless access to our payment productsLead and collaborate with software engineers to rapidly solve problems and deliver product improvements for our clients. Liaise with external partners and vendors to facilitate product development.Get to know and understand our client’s business and payments challenges, and act as the “voice of the customer” internally.Craft and maintain a product vision and roadmap for your product initiatives.Engage with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and advocate for changes to support them within the organisation.Your experience and knowledge:Previous experience with onboarding businesses and KYB/KYC processesExperience in Australian fintech, banking or payments industriesPrevious experience managing products in an agile environment, and familiarity with SCRUM agile processes.Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with other teams.A passion for analytics and data, and experience with data analysis tools and techniquesStrong technical skills and understanding of software development concepts and processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with our engineering team (including knowledge of or willingness to learn basic technical skills as required (e.g. postman, figma etc.)A willingness to tackle a diverse range of initiatives and problems, as we are a small company with many things on the go.Strong technical knowledge of delivery of technical of Saas products through channels such as API’s and digital user interfaces.Monoova Culture and Benefits We reward great work with short-term incentives that recognise your impact and dedication.We offer learning budget, opportunities, workshops, and development programs to help you thrive.Great flexibility with a mix of remote and in-office work.
