The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure revenue targets are achieved. This position will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, analyzing sales metrics to drive business performance, and identifying new business opportunities within the market. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management expertise to ensure targets and goals are met effectivelyProven skills in Account Management to foster and strengthen client relationshipsProficiency in analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trendsExperience with Team Management for guiding and motivating a diverse group of sales professionalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven marketBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience in managing sales teams or working in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
