Our company owns and operates several luxury properties in Santorini, including White Pearl Villas, White Pearl Cavalieri, Elysian Santorini, and Elysian Retreat and other seasonal enterprises.We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Hotel Porter-houseman to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality for the season of 2026 (April-October) in Santorini. As a Hotel Porter-houseman, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions and information about the hotel, the guest suite and the local area, and ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist guests with luggage upon arrival and departureGreet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and local areaMaintain cleanliness and order of the hotel in co-operation with the housekeeping and maintenance departmentsDeliver items such as packages, trays, amenities, messages, and more to guest roomsRespond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly mannerΗandling of transport tasks such as bedding, garbage, supplies and other fixturesProper management of the equipment and reporting of deficiencies or problems in its functionsCoordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfactionRequirementsPrior experience as a Hotel Porter or similar roleFluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objectsFlexible schedule, including late hoursPositive attitude and friendly demeanorAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentHousing (if requested)Shift MealTipsDiscounts in hotels and restaurants of White Pearl Hospitality GroupCheck out our company's culture and if you believe that our principles fit your mentality apply today!
