That’s where you come in.We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our People team and help us continue to grow, inspire, and support the incredible talent driving our creative excellence.The role is a 2 years maternity cover, with the potential of becoming a permanent collaboration, if things go well on both ends.What You’ll DoAs an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy and supporting leaders across the business. You’ll need to balance empathy with business insight, combining a people-first mindset with a strong understanding of organizational priorities. Your core responsibilities will include:Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead full-cycle recruitment across a wide variety of roles — from creative to strategic, production to client service — at all levels of seniority.Manage multiple vacancies at once, often with shifting project priorities and timelines.Proactively adapt to changes in business needs, team structures, or client demands.Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.Strategic HR PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to team leads and department heads, offering insight on team design, performance, development, and retention.Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, using data and intuition to drive decisions.Support organizational change and growth initiatives with a thoughtful, human-centered approach.People Experience & CultureChampion a diverse, inclusive, and empowering work environment.Help design and deliver key HR initiatives — including onboarding, learning & development, performance reviews, and engagement programs.Be a culture builder: someone who nurtures team spirit, celebrates creativity, and ensures people feel seen and supported.Employee Relations & CoachingProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of topics including performance, team dynamics, and career development.Handle sensitive conversations with discretion, clarity, and care, ensuring fairness and alignment with company values.What You BringAt least 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in dynamic, creative, or fast-paced industries.Minimum 1 year in a similar HR Business Partner role, partnering directly with senior stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple roles and changing priorities simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — empathetic, yet commercially minded.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.Sound knowledge of HR principles and a willingness to adapt them to a creative, non-corporate environment.Experience in advertising, media, tech, or a similar industry is a plus.What We OfferA creative and collaborative culture where ideas (and people) can grow.A solution-focused mindset — we believe in learning, not blaming.
