They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.  Responsibilities1. HR Partnership & AdvisoryPartner closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies.Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.Support organizational design, talent mapping, and succession planning.2. Recruitment & Employer BrandingOversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely recruitment aligned with business needs.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s position in the market.3. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and design relevant programs for professional growth.Promote a learning culture and develop internal leadership pipelines.4. Performance & CompensationSupport the implementation of performance management systems.Collaborate with Finance and leadership on compensation benchmarking and reviews.5. Strategic HR InsightMaintain up-to-date awareness of market trends, competitor HR structures, and talent strategies.Analyze HR metrics and external labor data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.Monitor regulatory and market changes that may impact workforce planning and retention.6. Culture & EngagementFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.QualificationsBachelor's degree2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suiteFluent Portuguese and English
