HRIT People is working with a global customer, with over 50,000 employees in 60 countries who use SAP SuccessFactors as their core HR System, and is currently searching for a new colleague to join the team in Lisbon, Portugal, on a Hybrid Basis. In this role, you will support the configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules, ensuring consistency and efficiency across global operations. You’ll collaborate closely with senior consultants, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver high quality solutions that drive business value.As a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will: Manage day-to-day configuration, testing, and support for Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management, and Recruiting Marketing. Configure and maintain Role Based Permissions (RBPs) to ensure accurate and secure user access. Document and deliver new system features and upgrades, supporting the adoption of standardized HR processes globally. Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and assist with training and end-user support. Partner with HR, IT, and senior consultants to align configurations with strategic business goals.What You Bring:Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management, and Recruiting Marketing. Proven experience building scalable, reliable, and secure IT platforms. Ability to communicate and present technical solutions clearly to both IT and HR stakeholders. SAP Certified Implementation Consultant in Onboarding 2.0 and Recruitment (required).Employee Central certification is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of key HR processes, including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation.
