We are looking for people with strength, determination and vision.To join our Human Resources department, we are looking for a professional with experience in Talent Acquisition:Responsibilities:Execution of the Recruitment strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Creating and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future job vacancies.Sourcing and Screening: Search for candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, networking and employee references. Analyze resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, among others.Hiring Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers; Manage the proposal submission process;HR Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes.Profile:Degree and/or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar;2 to 3 years' professional experience in the Recruitment and Selection area, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector;Good verbal and written communication skills;Capacity for organization and orientation towards teamwork and meeting objectives;User-friendly computer skills, particularly Excel;Good knowledge of English.In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and other legislation in force on the protection of personal data, the contracting company guarantees that the processing of your personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the purposes for which your data was collected.
