Are you ready to achieve excellence with us?We’re strengthening our team with a Talent Acquisition SpecialistWhat you’ll do:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, mainly for IT profiles.Write and publish clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions, aligned with both technical and cultural requirements.Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.Stay up to date with recruitment trends in the tech industry and proactively suggest continuous improvements to strategies and processes.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar1 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in ITFluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAutonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile
