The selected candidate will also support the HR Manager in training coordination and white-collar hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle personnel operations (contracts, renewals, medical insurance, files & documentation).Create and maintain a complete employee database (records, HRIS files, documents & updates).Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs (late/early hours, overtime, deductions).Lead blue-collar recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Support white-collar hiring with screening and interview coordination.Assist in training planning, logistics, and attendance tracking.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and support HR reporting & audits.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.1–3 years of HR experience (must in manufacturing).Strong experience in personnel, payroll support, and blue-collar recruitment.Very good knowledge of labor law & social insurance procedures.Strong organization, documentation, and coordination skills.🕒 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday🚌 Transportation provided to Sherouk📩 Apply now: ali.fahmy@mega2m.com📌 Subject: HR Generalist
