We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a growing, employee-first organization. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while helping to shape a proactive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth and culture.The HR Recruiter works hand-in-hand with hiring managers and organizational leaders to create a positive, inclusive candidate experience—helping to build teams that reflect the organization’s values, advance its goals, and thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven workplace.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from entry-level to leadership.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.Plan and facilitate recruiting events, including job fairs and campus outreach.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure efficient hiring processes.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring practices.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.Support process improvement, automation, and workforce planning initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience.Strong understanding of headcount planning and recruitment budgets.Experience supporting a scaling or mission-driven organization.Result-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, highly adaptive, resourceful, capable of multitasking, strong prioritization, and excellent organizational skills.Experience with ATS platforms (Paylocity preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
