Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our growing HR division. We offer opportunities for continued growth and professional development, empowering you to build a long-term career.In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to HR Operations, including coordination of pre-employment and onboarding activities, and serve as a frontline resource for employee inquiries related to HR functions such as Benefits, HR Systems, and Employee Experience. This position is considered non-exempt. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
