Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions in compliance with local laws and company policies. Ensures smooth office operations and supports both employee lifecycle management and general administration tasks.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and HR database accuratelyEnsure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)Support payroll processing by liaising with finance/payroll vendorsCoordinate performance reviews and training activitiesAddress basic employee queries and support HR policies implementationAdministration:Oversee general office operations and supplies procurementLiaise with building management and service vendorsOrganize travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangementsManage office assets and ensure proper documentationSupport health & safety protocols and facility maintenanceRequirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field4+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in MalaysiaKnowledge of local labour laws and statutory complianceProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsGood communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAble to work independently with a proactive attitude
