You’ll have the opportunityto take ownership of your work while developing and testing new ideas within aculture of learning to deliver excellent outcomes for Manningham.About The RoleYou’ll be joining a high performing, friendly team of professionals thatstrive every day to support our employees and people leaders with excellence.Reporting to the Human Resources and Workforce Planning Coordinator,you’ll also work closely with two Senior Human Resources Business Partners toprovide timely and effective advice on a range of HR matters, such as compliancewith policies and enterprise agreements. The role will spend time at both ourCivic Centre and Depot buildings.You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with employee relationsmatters and contribute to key HR and Workforce Planning projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate, timely and practical HR advice on matters across the employment life cycle.Support recruitment and selection processes.Support the resolution of employee relations matters, such as grievance management and performance discussions.Draft and contribute to the development, review and communication of HR policies, procedures and guidance materialsAssist with key HR and Workforce Planning project work.Skills And ExperienceA practical HR professional with experience providing advice and support in medium to large complex organisational environments.Contemporary knowledge of HR practices, industrial relations and employment legislation.Skilled in recruitment processes, including active participation in interviews.Customer-focused, able to build strong relationships and provide timely, pragmatic solutions.Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to interpret workforce data and prepare reports.Adaptable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related field, or with substantial advisory experience.Position Description can be viewed below or isavailable on the job advertisement on the Manningham careers’ section: Job VacanciesHow To ApplyClick APPLY to submit your up-to-date CV and coverletter addressing the key requirements of the role.
