This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your expertise will directly influence cultural change and capability development, and strategic projects across our health service. We’re looking for experienced professionals with relevant qualifications or experience in contemporary organisational development and a strong track record in leadership, change management, and facilitation. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, you can turn ideas into practical solutions and deliver impactful programs. Your experience in designing and evaluating leadership development interventions, implementing organisational development initiatives, driving capability development, and contributing to strategic projects will be critical.Each Role Has a Distinct FocusLeadership Development– Concentrates on designing and delivering programs and initiatives that build leadership capability and foster a positive, safe, and compassionate culture across SMHS.Capability Development – Focuses on supporting organisational development strategies and initiatives that enhance workforce capability and adaptability, including areas such as human factors and continuous improvement.Both roles will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive cultural change and foster a collaborative, innovative environment and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of SMHS.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
