HR Business Partner –Hospitality Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment? Do you enjoy balancing strategic impact with hands-on delivery? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our client’s Operations teams and help shape the colleague experience across our stores, venues, and frontline teams.As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Operations, Retail, and Hospitality leaders to deliver people solutions that support business performance and a high-performing culture. This is a true generalist role, mixing strategic partnership with practical, day-to-day HR support.You will be a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on everything from organisational design and workforce planning to ER cases, recruitment, and performance development. You’ll also play a key role in delivering people initiatives and helping embed consistent, scalable processes as we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipPartner with Operations and Area Managers to shape and deliver people plans aligned to business goals.Use data and insight to drive decisions on workforce planning, engagement, and talent development.Support organisational change, ensuring communication and engagement are at the core of every initiative.Generalist HR DeliveryProvide hands-on HR support including ER case management, policy guidance, and coaching for line managers.Support recruitment and onboarding for key operational roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and new starter experience.Lead on performance and capability processes, helping leaders build strong and effective teams.Support reward, recognition, and benefits initiatives to enhance colleague engagement.People Development & CultureWork with Learning & Development to support career pathways and capability building across frontline teams.Champion a positive, inclusive culture and ensure colleagues feel supported, valued, and encouraged to thrive.Act as a culture ambassador, helping strengthen leadership capability across retail and hospitality operations.About YouYou’ll be great in this role if you:Have experience as an HR Business Partner within retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced operational environment.Are comfortable working strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver day-to-day HR support.Bring strong coaching skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Are confident working with data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.Thrive in environments where no two days are the same and you can make a tangible impact quickly.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsHybrid working and flexibilityThe chance to shape the HR agenda across a growing operations networkA collaborative, supportive team where your ideas make a real difference
