For KKCG, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic People Director International to lead and evolve our global People function. This pivotal role will oversee key areas including HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Talent Development. As a senior leader with a strong international mindset, you will shape and execute people strategies that align with our business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and position our organization as an employer of choice across international markets.What you will do:Functional OversightLead and develop high-performing teams across:People Business Partnering – ensuring strategic alignment and partnership with business units.Compensation & Benefits – delivering competitive, equitable, and future-fit reward strategies.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – driving global hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.Talent Development – shaping and implementing strategies for learning, leadership development, performance management, and career growth to build a future-ready workforce.Strategic Leadership Define and lead the vision, strategy, and operating model for the People Center of Excellence.Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvementCollaborative ExcellenceLeverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance across the People team and the wider organization.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities.What you bring with:10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or matrixed international organisation.Proven track record in at least two of the following areas: HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.What we offer:Stable job in a collaborative, friendly and international team cultureCompetitive salaryAnnual performance-based bonus25 days of vacation, plus public holidaysAdditional benefits – pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance scheme etc.Work equipment: Company Laptop, Company mobile phone + SIM Card & package of mobile data also for personal useOffice located directly in the centre of London, close to Bond Street underground station
