You’ll act as a trusted advisor across all aspects of People & Culture – from recruitment and on-boarding to employee relations, performance management, and workforce capability.You’ll be confident working autonomously on site, while enjoying the support and collaboration of our Group P&C Manager based in Sydney.Safety is a top priority in everything we do, and you’ll play a key part in supporting a safe, positive, and high-performing workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with site and production managers to drive engagement, build capability, and strengthen team performance.Lead end-to-end recruitment and on=boarding to attract and retain top talent.Provide expert advice on employment relations and industrial relations matters.Support workforce planning, performance management, and development initiatives.Champion company values, culture, and safety standards across the site.Collaborate with the P&C Manager and site leaders to deliver people-focused solutions aligned with business goals.About YouYou’re a confident, friendly, and consultative HR professional who enjoys building relationships across all levels.
