Job DescriptionCollaborate with user to understand the strategic objectives and needs of the directorateDevelop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.Provide and support to user on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.Conduct end-to-end collaboration in Learning & Development with Paragon UniversityAnalyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.Manage organizational effectiveness by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and providing support to organizationRequirementHaving mininum 3 years of experience in HR fieldAbility to foster positive relationships between employees, teams, and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
