Job Description :Handle end to end recruitment process , HR Operation , People Development , Performance Management , HRIS , Manage Internal Communication , Compensation & Benefit , Internal Events , HR Policies.Requirement :- Bachelor Degree in Psychology- Experienced min. 3 years in the IT industry (Distributor/System Integrator) as HR- Proficiently use psychological assessment tools for employee hiring & have knowledge in competency based dictionaries- Experienced handle end to end recruitment process , People Development , Performance Management , HRIS , Compensation & Benefit.Benefit:Competitive salary , BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Medical Reimbursement, Trip Achiever , Outing , Training & Development, etc.Working days: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00Location: Slipi - Jakarta Barat
