Job Descriptions:Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.Passion for people, culture, and development.Availability to work in a hybrid setting.
