Job Description

(Employment type: Contrator-12 months)Responsible for a wide range of HR tasks such as keeping employee data in HR management system, administering time and attendance, managing employee benefit, organizing trainings. Act as main point of contact for employees‘ queries on HR related topics. Work closely with department specialists and manager to provide relevant internal service to the employees.Main Responsibilities Maintain employee files and records in electronic (HR link) and paper formExtract relavant data from database and make employee data reported to management regularly - Headcount status, time to hiring tracking, turnover rate, training report, diversity ratio, etc.Support full scope of intenational assignement process in collaboration with HR Specialist in charge - From assingment request, employee agreement, house search, visa/workpermit applicationCoordinate with TA specialist on recruitment process - Identifying candidates, arranging interviews, issuing contracts, making onboardingReview, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training - Sexual harrassment prevention, anti-bullying, etc.Coordinate with T&D specialist to organize employee training & development initiatives. - Arrange seminars, workshops, and conferences Manage employee benefits and wellbeing programs, including company car and club activity etc.Review relative policy and guidelines, and operational supportProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise - E.g. leaves, compensation, time and attendance, employee data change, etc.Perform other duties assinged by line managerSkills / Knowledge / ExperienceEducation level: bachelor’ degreeMinimum 1 year in Human Resources responsible for HR general operation.Communication skill in English both written and verbalDocumentation capability in MS-Word, Excel, Power pointKnowledge of statutory requirements related to country compensation and benefit administration in order to ensure company complianceService oriented, but assertive/persuasive.Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential informationHigh-level skills in numerical and statistical analysisGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to react quickly and actively for unexpected situations
