Human Resources Manager

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Create and manage job postings across various platforms • Screen and shortlist candidates for different roles • Coordinate and conduct interviews • Draft and manage employment contracts • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Prior experience in HR or recruitment • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus
