Performance Marketing Intern

Job Summary:The Performance Marketing Intern will assist in executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The role involves supporting the team with data analysis, campaign reporting, ad optimization, and learning hands-on digital marketing techniques to drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Support in keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.Monitor and report campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis.Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.Conduct competitor and market analysis for campaign improvement.Track conversions and support the setup of tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.Maintain and update performance dashboards and campaign reports.Research new trends and tools in digital marketing to enhance campaign efficiency.
