The organization provides a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development, contributing to its continued expansion worldwide.Role DescriptionRecruitment & OnboardingAssist with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.Complete all onboarding formalities for new employees, including documentation, induction, and system registration.Prepare employment offer letters and ensure all paperwork for new hires is properly completed.Employee Departure & Final SettlementManage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring smooth completion of exit formalities.Prepare final settlements, including leave encashment, leave salary, and ticket/ticket encashment as per company policy.Handle the processing of end-of-service benefits and ensure all dues are settled accurately and on time.Payroll & Benefits AdministrationSubmit monthly payroll data such as Leave Requests, deductions etc...Manage annual insurance renewals Register new employees under the Banking accountVisa & Legal DocumentationHandle visa processing for new hires and renewals.Coordinate visa medicals, Tawjeeh training, and OHC for both new applications and renewals.Apply for PCO exams through the Dubai Municipality portal and renew PCO cards for technicians and Technical Inspectors.Arrange ADQCC exams for new technicians and TIs in Abu Dhabi.HR Administration & Employee SupportMaintain and regularly update of all the processesProvide support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters and initiatives.Assist in handling employee requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.Prepare various HR letters and documents, including salary certificates, NOCs, embassy letters, driving license letters, and other employee requests.Culture & Employee EngagementSupport and assist in HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment.Actively contribute to employee engagement committees and corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing team spirit and workplace positivityQualificationsPositive Character 2-3 years expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.Proficiency in Employee Relations and ability to foster a positive and compliant work environment.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the UAE is an advantage.Arabic Speaker is a plus
