Human Resources Specialist

Bohemian Geeks is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency based in New Cairo, managing leading brands across Egypt and the GCC.We’re looking for an organized and people-driven HR Specialist to join our team and support our growing operations.Responsibilities:Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.Support payroll, leaves, and performance management cycles.Assist in developing HR policies and implementing company culture initiatives.Coordinate training, engagement, and evaluation programs.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company regulations.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in HR (preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.Fluent in English and Arabic.What We Offer:A dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive package and clear career path.📍Location: New Cairo – First Settlement🕓 Full-time – On-site
