Role SummaryWe’re looking for a driven HR Specialist with around 3 years of practical HR experience to support our HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration and policy implementation. Betterteam+1Approximately 2-4 years of HR experience (ideally 3 years) in a similar role—HR generalist or specialist in recruiting & HR operations.Sound understanding of full recruitment cycle, onboarding, employee relations, records management.
