Sepal is conducting a research project to evaluate and benchmark AI systems in real-world professional settings. We’re looking for experienced HR professionals and corporate recruiters to contribute their expertise to help us assess how well AI can reason through real hiring, compliance, and workforce scenarios.Your knowledge will help define what safe and accurate AI looks like in the Human Resources field—ensuring that future tools reflect both industry standards and the nuanced judgment real professionals bring to their work.Sample of Reported Job Titles- Corporate Recruiter -- Employment Representative -- HR Analyst -- HR Coordinator -- HR Generalist -- Human Resources Representative -- Human Resources Specialist -- Personnel Analyst -- Personnel Officer -- RecruiterMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS-- 4+ years full-time experience in a human resources or recruiting role-- English language fluency-- U.S. residency-- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet-- Technology proficiency: Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files-- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independentlyCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS-- Hourly pay: $38–$60 per hour, plus task bonuses based on experience and fit-- Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours-- Entirely remote—work whenever you like, as long as deadlines are met-- Current employment in the field is not requiredWHAT YOU’LL DO-- Share your professional background and career history through a brief form-- Review and evaluate AI-generated HR actions, like interview assessments or hiring justifications-- Identify what’s realistic, risky, or helpful in how AI handles HR situations-- Help create examples or feedback that represent how real HR professionals would actThis is a short-term project requiring roughly 40–100 hours of work total, between now and December 29th. We need experienced HR professionals like you to guide the responsible use of AI—ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance in sensitive workplace contexts.
