Training and Development Manager

Sepal is running a research initiative to evaluate how AI performs in real-world professional settings. We’re partnering with experienced training and L&D leaders to help us assess whether today’s AI systems can accurately reason through real training, upskilling, and professional development scenarios.Your experience building learning strategies, rolling out training programs, and leading L&D initiatives will help set the gold standard for how AI should behave in this domain.Sample of Reported Job Titles Training Manager -- Learning and Development Manager -- Training Director -- L&D ManagerProject Scope & Timeline-- This is a project-based opportunity requiring 40–100 total hours of work between now and December 29.
