Implementation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in Kyriba - Treasury Management System (TMS) project implementation including: 1/ Client onboarding: Collaborate with Sales in consulting and collecting & analyzing client’s business requirements, workflows, processes.2/ Implementation:a. Responsible for deploying the platform configurations based on the client’s business requirements.b. Coordinating with software developers to troubleshoot any problems and ensure the system meets the client’s needs.c. Communicating regularly with the client and stakeholders to provide updates on the implementation process.3/ Post-implementation:a. Collaborating with the client to test the platform functionality and resolve any issues that ariseb. Providing training to key end users of the client.c. Documenting system user guides for the client.d.
