At APSS, we are committed to helping enterprises adapt and excel in a rapidly changing business landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance Business Central extensions using AL.Refactor, optimise, and modernise existing solutions to AppSource-compliant AL code following Microsoft’s coding and design standards.Design and maintain RDLC reports, layouts, and data structures.Ensure code quality, version control discipline, and adherence to structured DevOps processes (branching, merging, and release management).Maintain clear, consistent technical documentation across all development activities, including object references, change logs, and release notes.Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.Support testing, debugging, and deployment of new and updated functionality.Contribute to automation and integration projects using Power Automate, Power BI, and related Power Platform tools.Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline development, build, and deployment pipelines.Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the development team.Requirements10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central development using C/AL and AL.Proven track record in extension development, customisation, and integration for core BC modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Projects).Strong proficiency in RDLC report development.Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.Demonstrated DevOps discipline with experience in source control management (e.g. Git, Azure DevOps).Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation for maintainability and audit purposes.Understanding of accounting principles, system governance, and control frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).Experience in AppSource submission, AL code review, and performance optimisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently.Salary: Negotiate during interview
