Senior React Native

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale our system.You’ll lead a small team of junior–mid JavaScript developers while remaining hands-on with development, architecture, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnicalBuild responsive, high-performance mobile and web interfaces with React Native, React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools.Develop and integrate robust backend services and APIs with Node.js, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into seamless, high-quality user experiences across platforms. Deliver well-documented, production-ready features that meet both technical and business objectives.LeadershipDefine architecture standards, development workflows, and best practices for full-stack and mobile development. Lead and mentora small team of junior to mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and support. Work directly with foreign clients to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure delivery alignment.Conduct code reviews, make key architectural decisions, and stay hands-on with complex development tasks.Foster an engineering culture centered on code quality, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement.RequirementsAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and scalable application architecture.Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and English communication skills. Nice to HaveExperience with offline data solutions such as SQLite or similar.Knowledge of monorepo architectures and scalable codebase organization.Practical experience with Zustand and React Query for state and data management.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.Experience with NestJS for backend development.Experience working with PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases.
