Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Al Manşūrah, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients to understand and address their insurance needs. Daily tasks include consulting clients to recommend insurance policies, explaining policy details and benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on market trends and products are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageKnowledge of Finance and ability to analyze customer needs and financial informationStrong Customer Service skills with a client-first approachExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilitiesProblem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferredProven work experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
