We are expanding rapidly and seeking a talented HR professional to support our instructors, employees, and leadership while helping us shape a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture.What You’ll Do :We need a Telesales Representative with experience in the Sales field Working from Site, Fixed Shifts ● Identify and understand customer needs to effectively present and recommend suitable courses and services.● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.● Provide detailed information about course offerings, pricing, and enrolment processes.● Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. What We’re Looking For 🔍Job Requirements ● +6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. ● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. ● Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.Details:Working Hours: from 11:00 AM to 07:00 PMDays off: Friday Location: Maadi Office, CairoEmployment Type: Full-time
