In this on-site role, the Salesperson will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and maintain customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiationEffective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build trustKnowledge of financial services, insurance products, and market trendsGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsProficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English and Arabic is requiredPrior experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, is an advantageBachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
