This role combines hands-on operational HR with the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions.The successful candidate will partner closely with the Global HR Manager and senior business leaders, providing practical HR solutions, ensuring compliance across regions, and helping to embed a positive and inclusive culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven HR professional to gain global exposure and grow within a fast-paced, international organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & Business PartnershipPartner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on people-related matters.Support the implementation of HR initiatives across regions.Help identify business and HR challenges, offering practical and scalable solutions.HR Operations & ComplianceCoordinate HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, transfers, and exits.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, escalating risks where needed.Work with external advisors on employment-related matters when required.Employee Relations & CultureAct as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Support employee relations cases and contribute to fair, consistent outcomes.Promote and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.Talent Management & DevelopmentAssist with performance management processes and talent review activities.Partner with managers to provide employees with growth and development opportunities.Support initiatives to improve retention and engagement.Compensation & BenefitsSupport annual compensation and reward processes.Assist with market analysis and benchmarking activities.Team Support & CollaborationProvide day-to-day guidance and support to HR colleagues and administrators in different locations.Help ensure HR service delivery is consistent, compliant, and people-focused.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years’ experience in HR, ideally within an international or multi-site organisation.Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.Experience working across multiple countries (desirable but not essential).Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance day-to-day operations with contributing to projects and initiatives.High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Key Skills & AttributesCollaborative and solutions-focused mindset.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Culturally aware and comfortable working with diverse teams.Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
