Simposar Sarajevo is a leading sports symposium in Southeast Europe, recognized for bringing together top athletes, industry leaders, media executives and global experts.With more than a decade of growth, international visibility and participation in major sports-business forums, Simposar is expanding its strategic partnership network beyond the region.-Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated professional to develop and expand Simposar’s network of commercial partnerships and sponsorships on a regional and global level. This role is fully commission-based and ideal for individuals with strong networks, experience in sales or business development, and the ability to close high-value deals.-Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and engage potential partners and sponsorsPresent Simposar as a premium platform for sports, business, and media collaborationsDevelop, customize, and pitch sponsorship packagesLead negotiations and close partnership agreementsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with brands and institutionsParticipate in selected international conferences, forums, and events as part of the Simposar delegation (optional, based on opportunities)Provide concise reporting upon closing new partnerships-Requirements:Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or sponsorship acquisitionStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExisting network in sports, business, media, or event industries is an advantageExcellent command of English; additional languages are a plusSelf-driven, professional, organized, and results-orientedComfortable working on a commission-based model with performance-driven incentivesUnderstanding of commercial partnership value and brand alignment-What We Offer:Commission-based compensation with competitive percentages for each closed partnershipOpportunity to work with global sports personalities and high-profile brandsEngagement in international events, forums, and networking platformsFull remote work environment and flexible scheduleOrganizational support including branding, presentations, materials, and strategic guidanceOpportunity to grow within Simposar’s long-term international strategy-How to Apply:Please send your CV or a brief introduction to:info@simposar.ba
