The trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks including assisting with research, supporting project planning and execution, analyzing data, and contributing to innovative solutions. They will also gain valuable hands-on experience, develop insights into sustainable practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.QualificationsStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.Team collaboration and communication skills to work in diverse, cross-functional environments.Ability to assist in project management, including planning, execution, and follow-through.Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to contribute to innovative solutions.Basic knowledge or interest in sustainability, safety, or environmental practices is a plus.Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Microbiology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, or similar).
