In this role, you will collaborate with leading private equity managers, drive strategic initiatives, and support new product launches. This position offers hands-on exposure to diverse private equity strategies and the opportunity to take ownership of impactful responsibilities while building meaningful industry relationships from day one.You will:Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and models in Excel to evaluate investment opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the private markets through exposure to multiple strategies, including Buyout, Growth, Venture Capital, Secondaries, Infrastructure, and Private DebtPrepare comprehensive due diligence reports for primary fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactionsDrive strategic initiatives, including the launch of new products and cross-functional projectsMonitor and report on fundraising performance, contributing to achieving target fundraise goalsDesign and refine presentations in PowerPoint to summarise findings and recommendationsCross collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution and commercialisation of investment opportunitiesContextualise data and insights from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable conclusionsThe next Moonfarian:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field1–2 years of post-graduate experience in asset management, private markets, investment banking, or consultingDemonstrates familiarity with private equity, funds, and alternative investmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in Office Suite including ExcelHigh attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approachIf you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!Our Values:Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third - Client-Centric Focus.
