With a strong track record of advising founder-led businesses, private equity firms, and growth-stage companies, the firm delivers high-touch, strategic advisory services across M&A, capital raising, and special situations.Position OverviewThe Vice President / Director will be a key member of the deal team, responsible for leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. The successful candidate will have strong experience leading deals and running execution. You will be working directly with senior bankers and getting hands-on experience on each deal. Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction LeadershipLead end-to-end execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and growth equity dealsDevelop and oversee financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentationsManage due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiationsClient AdvisoryServe as a strategic advisor to clients in the tech and consumer sectors, offering insights on market dynamics, valuation, and positioningBuild and maintain long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, and investorsDeliver thoughtful, customized solutions aligned with client goalsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred6-12 years of investment banking experience, preference for M&A Demonstrated success in leading transactions and managing client relationshipsSkills & AttributesStrong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and deal executionExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
