We are partnering with a well-established real assets investment firm based in Singapore, and they are looking for an Investment & Fund Management Professional to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Lead due diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunities, managing the full deal cycle in collaboration with regional teams.Oversee portfolio performance, conduct market research and synthesize insights to support investment decisions.Develop and review financial models, ensuring robust analysis for potential acquisitions and ongoing asset management.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior management and investment committees.Contribute to capital partner engagement and support fundraising initiatives.Monitor fund performance, assist with cash flow management, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
