In addition to Hong Kong, OSL Group expands operations under full regulatory compliance in Japan, Australia, Europe and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of fiat payment and related products, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for growth and enhanced customer experiences.Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to evaluate payment performance, uncover optimization opportunities, and deliver data-driven growth and efficiency strategies.Define and maintain key payment KPIs, design tracking frameworks, and monitor performance of new payment products/features post-launch.Lead and execute A/B tests and other experiments to drive improvements in conversion, cost efficiency, and user experience.Build, optimize, and scale internal/external data products (dashboards, reports, models, algorithms, integrations) to enable data-driven decision-making.Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences (Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance teams, Executives) to drive critical business decisions.Requirements3–6 years of experience in data analysis/BI, ideally within payments, fintech, or fiat on/off-ramp teams at exchanges.Advanced SQL skills, strong proficiency in Python/R for data modeling and analysis, and hands-on experience with Tableau/DataWind.Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design, with experience running A/B tests or large-scale experiments.Strong understanding of payment flows and KPIs, with expertise across payment channels (card schemes, bank transfers, e-wallets).Familiarity with compliance in payments (KYC/KYB, AML, risk monitoring) is a strong plus.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Executives) and communicate insights effectively.Interest or prior experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related payment use cases preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently leading projects from end-to-end with a results-driven mindset.Nice-to-HavesPrior experience at leading payment companies (e.g., Alchemy Pay, MoonPay, Banxa) or fiat on/off-ramp teams at exchanges.Experience in supporting channel expansion, cost optimization, and settlement efficiency through analytics.Familiarity with cross-border payment compliance frameworks (e.g., MAS, FCA, EU regulations).
