Investor Relations Manager

Our client a digital marketing agency is seeking a strategic, polished Investment Relations Manager to serve as a key link between the principals, the company's investment portfolio and external partners. This role combines investment relations, sourcing, and corporate communications.ResponsibilitiesInvestment Relations & PRAct as the day-to-day liaison for family principals.Produce quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports across private markets.Build presentations, memos, and dashboards for meetings and IC reviews.Translate complex investment data into clear insights.Coordinate with internal teams and external managers to ensure reporting accuracy and smooth capital flows.Communications & PartnershipsManage the firm's LinkedIn and digital presence.Prepare executive briefings and support PR initiatives (press releases, thought leadership, newsletters).Assist with events, webinars, and external engagements.Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging.Build and maintain networks across family offices, PE/VC, banks, and strategic partners.Screen and prioritize fund, co-invest, and direct investment opportunities.Provide market insights and relationship management support.
