Responsibilities Ensure all margin call processes comply with CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, and PAD agreements.Oversee the end-to-end bilateral margin call process, including calculation, issuance, receipt, agreement, and timely settlement.Manage regulatory initial margin (RIM) calls through triparty custodians.Handle OTC cleared margin calls in coordination with clearing brokers and clearing houses.Resolve disputes in line with established protocols and escalate issues as necessary.Provide collateral management support to overseas entities.Address process exceptions such as non-receipt of payments or lack of response to margin calls.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking or in related majors.Minimum 6 months of experience in operations role with a focus on collateral management.Solid understanding of OTC derivative products and their valuation.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a result-driven mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Interested Applicants, please email your resume to rupa.kankariya@manpower.com.sg (R1441955), stating the position as the subject title in the email.
