Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.Role SummaryMetaComp is expanding its digital asset and embedded finance ecosystem, and we are strengthening our Onboarding Operations team to ensure a seamless, compliant, and operationally excellent client onboarding experience. This role sits at the core of our client lifecycle and ensures that all onboarding processes meet regulatory, operational, and service-level expectations.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Client OnboardingManage full onboarding workflow for individual, corporate, institutional, and digital asset-related clients.Perform documentation collection, verification, data entry, and internal system setup.Ensure onboarding activities meet internal SLAs and deliver a frictionless client experience.2. KYC / CDD / EDD ExecutionConduct KYC and due diligence checks across multiple client types, including corporates, funds, trusts, and complex ownership structures.Perform screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media) and risk assessments in accordance with MetaComp’s AML/CFT policies.Escalate high-risk findings and support EDD review for higher-risk relationships.3. Regulatory & Compliance AlignmentEnsure onboarding processes align with MAS regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT notices, PS Act obligations, and customer due diligence standards.Support internal audits, compliance testing, and regulatory remediation related to onboarding and client lifecycle management.Contribute to strengthening documentation standards, checklists, and compliance controls.4. Operational Excellence & Process OptimizationIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, or control weaknesses in the onboarding process and propose improvements.Support creation of SOPs, workflows, user guides, and operational policies.Help drive automation initiatives with Product and Engineering to streamline onboarding and data collection.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure smooth client activation.Coordinate with Relationship Managers, partner banks, and service providers where required.Act as onboarding subject matter expert for new product launches and partner integration projects.Minimum Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in onboarding, KYC, client due diligence, AML/CFT operations, customer lifecycle management, or similar roles in fintech, crypto, payments, banking, or financial institutions.Experience handling corporate or institutional client onboarding preferred.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, risk assessment, and MAS regulatory expectations.Familiar with onboarding systems, KYC utilities, compliance tools, and CRM platforms.Experience with onboarding for digital assets, payments, or embedded finance is a plus.Soft SkillsHigh attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and excellent documentation discipline.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work within SLA-driven environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and certification supportA collaborative work environment with global exposureClear growth pathways within Compliance OperationsFlexible work arrangements where applicableWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
