Job Description

The IT Administrator is responsible for the management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of corporate IT systems and networks. This role ensures uninterrupted IT service delivery, provides technical support to end-users, and maintains high standards of system security, performance, and reliability.Responsibilities:Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, and Exchange Online mailboxes.SharePoint and OneDrive Management – Create folders, set permissions, and manage file access and sharing for users and departments.3CX PBX Management – Manage the 3CX phone system, including extensions, call flows and regular check.Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Peripherals – Handle installation and maintenance of printers, copiers, scanners, and other IT equipment.Network Management – Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, switches, access points, and routers.System Security – Implement and maintain security measures including antivirus and endpoint protection.Backup and Recovery – Perform regular data backups, verify integrity, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.User Support – Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.Asset Management – Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and hardware lifecycle management.Vendor Coordination – Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and warranty claims.Documentation – Maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and policies.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience as an IT Admin, End User Support, Network Administrator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, systems, networking hardware/software, and protocols.Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
