Job Description

To join our sales team we are looking for a proactive person who is not afraid of conversations with customers, acts relationally, thus building a long-term relationship and cooperation with the customers served, providing them with comprehensive service from the substantive, but above all communication side. We focus primarily on the B2B sector, also you will be able to successfully use your previous experience gained in previous companies with us. As a new member of the team, you will have the support of leaders who will introduce you to internal processes, as well as prepare you for the job by offering their knowledge along with a prepared list of clients with which you will start working as a new sales supervisor.Main responsibilitieshandling sales inquiries from clients – preparing an average of around 10-15 quotations per day, selecting optimal IT solutions tailored to individual customer needs, and coordinating the order fulfillment and delivery process.building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, based on trust, professionalism, and a partnership approach.acquiring new B2B customers and promoting the Senetic brand as a trusted provider of comprehensive IT solutions.ensuring the highest quality of customer service at every stage of cooperation.communicating with clients on a daily basis, primarily via phone and email (face-to-face meetings occur occasionally).collaborating with internal teams – including accounting, purchasing, logistics, and credit control – to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.continuously developing sales and product competencies through collaboration with internal experts, Product Managers, and participation in training sessions organized by our technology partners.Skills/Qualifications:you have at least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B sector, in the IT industryyou are fluent in Bulgarian and Greekyou speak and write English at least communicatively (B2/C1) without stress,you act pro-customer, put the customer’s priorities first and use the organization’s resources to help them,you enjoy working with people and effective communication is your daily bread,you approach work and new challenges with full commitment,you are self-reliant and meticulous, you are able to organize your daily duties so as to most effectively achieve your sales goals,you are motivated by results and derive joy from your and your team’s achievements,What we offer:You work in an environment where every day is a new explosion of ideas.you receive good financial terms.
