Connecting directly to all local payment schemes, alternative payment methods and payment systems across the continent, further strengthens Viva.com's value proposition.Viva.com envisions to provide businesses a value-driven platform to accelerate the adoption of the latest technology.As a Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing Viva.com's Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.You'll support multiple teams across the organization by managing projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules, enabling agile collaboration and efficient service delivery.You will also ensure best practices in governance, security, and scalability — helping Viva.com's teams plan, execute, and deliver effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across multiple departmentsDesign, configure, and optimize Jira workflows, fields, screens, and schemes to support both technical and business teamsDevelop and manage Jira Automations to streamline repetitive processes, notifications, and escalationsManage user permissions, roles, and groups to ensure proper access control and compliance with security standardsConfigure and maintain Jira Service Management projects, request types, SLAs, and queues to support internal service deliveryCreate and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for teams and managementEnsure data integrity, performance, and uptime, including routine maintenance, cleanups, and upgradesSupport integration between Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Git repositories)Provide training and documentation for end users and process ownersStay current with Atlassian platform updates and propose new features or optimizationsAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI.
